必須要有當地董事（新加坡公民/永久居民/EP持有者）和法定秘書，這是新加坡公司法規(guī)定的，必須要有，不需要特別去雇人，注冊新加坡公司都需要通過當地有牌照的代理來申請，當地代理公司一般都可以幫你提供掛名董事、秘書和當地地址
